Community Based Employment

Program Participants who want to work in their communities are supported through this program. 

PHASE Community-Based Employment places Program Participants in job positions that fit their interests and needs.  Positions could include:

·        Housekeeping at the Grand Casino Hotel/Inn, Hinckley

·        Light assembly work at Plastech Corporation, Rush City

·        Janitorial work at the Armory, Department of Corrections, and Post Office, Pine City

·        Product placement at Chris’ Food Center, Sandstone

·        Janitorial work at the Finlayson Community Center, Finlayson

·        Lawn maintenance, Sandstone

·        Courier route, Pine City and Sandstone

·        Confidential paper shredding, Pine City and Sandstone

·        Janitorial work at Finlayson Senior Manor, Finlayson

·        Janitorial work at Sandstone Senior Manor, Sandstone

·        Janitorial work at the Pine County Veterans and Sheriff’s Office, Sandstone

Program Participants employed through this program are supported by trained PHASE staff members who offer supervision, assistance, training, and quality assurance.
